Auto title loan

My spouse got a title loan. All of the paperwork has the old information on a vehicle that he previously had with them. Loan was for 4500. Paying 800.00 a month for 12 months.

My spouse got a title loan for 4500.00 The loan payments were 200 every 2 weeks. Then he was told he had to have their auto club. Come to find out the payments for the auto club were also 200.00 every 2 weeks. Bringing the monthly pmt to 800. a month for 12 months. All the paperwork has information on another vehicle that we once had financed with them before they had this 200 auto club fee. Is there anything I can do about this?

Yes, those auto title loans are scams.
If I were you, I'd never sign up for such a loan.

Another bad loan is a payday loan, avoid them, too.

I don't see where you have a specific question. (where you ask a question) However, I agree with army judge that car title loans & payday loans are best to stay away from if at all possible. Your spouse could contact them about correcting the information on the paper work.
