Regarding the Auto Finance Fraud issue I just posted recently, I wonder what happen if, I just stick on the 2nd contract and don't sign any more contract? Because they promise before hand that, If no lender can't meet my terms, initially $250.00 per month for 6 years, I can return the new car and give back my old car. What could happen If I did that?
