Auto Dealer Fraud

I purchased a "dealer new" car in January of this year. I have had numerous problems with the car, and they continue to this day. Today, I discovered that the car had been in an accident before I purchased it. This was never disclosed to me by the dealership.

I am the first owner, and I paid for a new car. What I got was a used car that had been in an accident.

I would like to return the car to the dealership, and have the auto loan voided. Is this possible?

I would contact the Motor vehicle enforcement and talk to them about this car sale I live in Utah and this is something that the MVED is all over -
