Auto accident

Had an auto accident where I was at fault. Insurance was cancelled. How can I handle issue without court?

Handle what?
Did you receive a citation? That usually means court.
Do you want the insurance back? Probably not going to happen.
You can seek a new to you insurance carrier. To be street legal, you must carry insurance, or stop driving and store the car. If you have a lienholder on the car, they'll howl. If you resist, they'll obtain insurance and charge you for it. It'll be expensive and just good enough to make the lienholder whole.

If the other person is suing you, you pay them what they demand, or prepare to defend a lawsuit.

That about covers your legal options, other than hiring yourself an attorney.

If you don't have ins. & don't want the other party to sue you for the cost to get his/her vehicle repaired, you will need to pay them the repair costs.

If you received a ticket, you might have to go to court - you can talk to a traffic law attorney.
