My husband was in an auto accident 3 years ago . A 3 car pile up on the bridge he was the third car && there was another car behiND him which caused the pileup. The 3 year anniversary has approached for this accident and still nothing has been done. In that time his car was totaled yet he is still paying for it through the bank. His lawyer hasn't been keeping him informed and we feel like something else needs to be done. Any useful tips on what we need to do.

What is it you think needs done? He was the last car in the pile. He is more likely the one to be sued than the one aggrieved. This mysterious 4th car may have contributed, but nothing you have said indicates their liability. Hubby failed to have assured clear distance.
