Both parents died 5 years ago;
Had set up a Living Trust;
Trustee in charge of following directives of LT,
under guidance of attorney;
I reported attorney to Board of Responsibility because of
the ways in which he (& Trustee) dealt with me;
Now he is agitated and saying that "it may take some time."
He did not like the idea of me filing a grievance, to say the least.
Is there any wya that he (&Trustee) can be forced into acting
(ie send me the check) without further delays. By now the LT
should be all wrapped up and all details completed, except the
payment to me, a sole surviving heir; getting a majority of
the estate. Do I file another grievance; I'm thinking that would
put him over the edge.
