My attorney may have compromised my case because of neglect and failing to contact me. He let me attend a meeting with workers compensation representative at his office with out him being present. He never returned my calls concerning this matter then I find out after the fact, he was no longer with the firm. Since that meeting my offer from workers comp. dropped from 11,000 to 6,000. And instead of informing me my attorney was no longer there, the secretary gave me legal advise. Now that office is trying to charge me work they did not do. The new attorney went as far to say my case was not priorty and he did not have time to notifiy me of my attorneys departure. I called that office at least 10 different occasion, why wasn't I told I had no attorney! What do I do about this?
