Today we will have a completely new help desk and live support system. It is not designed to be a substitute for the forums but (1) for people who are having a technical problem on the site and (2) people that may need to immediately hire an attorney. I would say that you'll probably get faster assistance on the boards because that is where most others are present. Thank you for the notice and reminding us that this old ticket system is still quirkly. It will no longer be of issue.
