Good Morning,

I was assaulted over the weekend, but the person who did the assault is claming that my friend pulled her hair (this happened after she hit me), so they didn't arrest her. What should I do?

Nothing Police felt there was no crime and unless you have damages you can prove you can't even sue in court

Do nothing, even though she gave me cut on my eye? Please Advise.
