I was aressted in march of 1996 and pleaded guilty to a misdameanor assault in the 3rd degree,I was given 3 years probation which i completed. This was my first and only offense, and since this incident i have not had any problems with the law. I have been turned down on three seperate job oppotunities due to my record. How can i go about getting my record exsponged so i may seek employment ?.
