Yesterday I did retain the services of a probate attorney, and not to soon. Tonight I received a email from her attorney that she was going to pursue the case on the basis of a "constructive adoption" If I did not include her in the estate and her brothers agree to share with her a portion of their funds. I forward the email to my attorney. Thanks again
