I was arrested in Iowa after being pulled over from leaving a bar. Even though I blew under the legal limit, I was still arrested because I am a minor. I was charged with possession of alcohol, open container, and no proof of insurance (which doesn't really apply because that will go away once I prove that I had it at the time in court) I was told that these were petty misdemeanors. I was wondering if Iowa issues a warrant, should I just stay out of Iowa, or can they come and expedite me? What problems will this cause in the future if I choose to do so?
