Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant arrested for ??????/

Arrested under my name with a alias? For dui?????? Not charged??? What will be next? Lawyer told us if we get stopped by the police and ask us if either has ever been arrested we have to say yes, whatfor we dont kow. These are the words of the lawyer, but at the same time we have to send a paper for a hearingto the department of licensing. Is this not a contradiction. Dont know anymore what to do. Is there anybody out there that can clear it for me?

So have you gone to court? Go to the arresting dept. ask for the records under advisment of your attorney. They will ask for the name and if you don' have one look in the phone book, and pick a criminal attorneys name to use. In this record it shoud state what you were finally charged with... Find an attorney that deals with DUI, and show it too him and explain your situation. Are you by chance in Illinois? It sounds terribly like the kangaroo court system they have.
