Apply Self Help Remedy ( British Common Law ) On To Shop-lot-tenant

    DEAR SIR/MADAM,

    RE : APPLY SELF HELP REMEDY ( BRITISH COMMON LAW ) ON TO SHOP-LOT-TENANT IN THE STATE OF SELANGOR, MALAYSIA

    I BEING A LANDLORD TO A SHOP IN THE STATE OF SELANGOR, MALAYSIA.

    I HAVE SERVED ( BY REGISTERED LETTERS) ALL TYPES OF NOTICES TO THE SHOP LOT TENANT ( LETTER OF FINAL DEMAND, REPOSSESSION, AND VACANTING ) MYSELF THROUGH OWN LETTERS. THIS IS BECAUSE THERE ARE A 4 MONTHS OUTSTANDING RENTALS NOT PAID.

    I DONOT HAVE THE FUND TO DO A COURT-DISTRESS ON THE TENANT.

    CAN I USE THE COMMON LAWS OF SELF HELP REMEDY TO REPOSSESS THE PREMISE MYSELF ( I AM IN MALAYSIA )?

    CURRENTLY, THE PREMISE HAS NOT BEEN IN BUSINESS OPERATION FOR 2 AND A HALF MONTHS. INSIDE THE PREMISE, THERE ARE SOME WORTHLESS, OUTDATED MACHINERIES INSIDE THE PREMISE. IN THE DAY TIME, THE PREMISE IS LOCKED WITH NO RUNNING BUSINESS. I HEART THAT THE TENANT IS PLANNING TO MOVE TO OTHER PART OF MALAYSIA.

    I INTEND TO RE-ENTER AND REPOSESS THE PREMISE MYSELF THROUGH SELF HELP REMEDY COMMON LAW ( BRITISH COMMON LAW ) .

    THAT IS, I INTEND TO CUT-OFF THE TENANT LOCKS AND PUT ON NEW LOCKS OF MINE TO ALL THE OPENINGS AT THE PREMISE PLACE.

    THEN I INTEND TO DO A VACANTING COURT ACTION ON THE PREMISE ( WHICH IS MUCH LESS COSTLY THAN THE DISTRESS COURT ORDER ).

    PLEASE ANSWER:

    CAN I DO THE REPOSESSED OF THE PREMISE ( SHOP LOT ) MYSELF ( USING MY OWN BARE HAND AND SIMPLE TOOLS ) BY CUTTING-OFF THE TENANT LOCKS AND PUT ON NEW LOCKS OF MINE TO ALL THE OPENINGS AT THE PREMISE PLACE THROUGH THE SELF-HELP REMEDY (BRITISH COMMON LAW ) ?

    THIS IS MY ONLY RESORT AS I REALLY CANNOT AFFORD THE COURT DISTRESS FEE. PLEASE ADVICE WHETHER CAN I DO THE ABOVE MYSELF ( USING MY OWN BARE HAND AND SIMPLE TOOLS ).

    2-)AFTER I DO THE REPOSESSED OF THE PREMISE MYSELF ( USING MY OWN BARE HAND AND SIMPLE TOOLS )., THEN I INTEND TO DO THE VACANTING COURT ACTION ONTO THE PREMISE. AM I RIGHT?

    THE TENANT OF MY SHOP LOT USED TO BE A COMMERCIAL PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY RUNNING A BUSINESS

    PLEASE ADVICE. PLEASE REPLY.
