I am from Illinois . I need to know if there is such a thing considered a "review committee" that oversees that judges do not misuse and abuse thier authority? I feel i have become a victim of these circumstances. And to make matters worse ive already spent thousands on attorneys and have no more money for an appeal eventhough our second attorney for this matter clearly sees that we can appeal. What i would like to know is , is there a review committee that i can submit our case to ? If u need details i will give them to u. Im to the point without rambling . Thank u

Each jurisdication has its own process. You shoud probably inquire at the courthouse regarding this process. You may need to submit a brief and do this "pro se" without an attorney and they may have a manual for pro se litigants that will explain the process and the requirements for the brief.

Your second attorney says you can appeal and you might do best hearing what and why the attorney feels an appeal may be in order.
