Hi, I signed a lease on the 15th July paying first months rent and deposit. Since then I have been unable to move into the apartment as it is still under construction. I was not told this before I signed the lease and was told that I could arrange a move in date immeditately. I have been unable to get in touch with the management company or the owner although have tried daily. Should I be reimbursed for the first months rent & should I be continuing to pay rent at all?
