* I am staying in a apartment. It is in the top floor.I am the owner.I purchased it 10 yrs back.When ever* rains,the rain water leaking thr the roof.This leakage repair responsible comes under the apartment association maintenance or owner.If it is a apartment association responsible,what is the legal action can be taken. Plz advise me.

If you are the owner, why would you think anyone but yourself would be responsible? If this is a shared roof of a condo building, check your association documents to see what it says about shared spaces.
