ok someone help me, i got my license last june2003, i got a speeding ticket doing 100 in a 50 zone and unsafe lane change and got my license suspended in may of 2004 for 90 days due to this, i got my license back on august 2nd, what happens to all the points after my suspension? another problem i have is i got a ticket yesterday for tailgating, does my license get suspended again now for gettin this tailgating ticket? what should i do to handle this? someone plz help i dont want my license to get suspended again, plz respond asap thanks

You need to call the New York DMV and ask them you question. They are the ones with access to your MVR and can tell you what effect another ticket will have on your driver's license.
