Other Debt Anauthorized debit card charge.

I had a debt with Dish Network, I owed them $340. I called them to ask if I could split the payment in 2 and they said Ok, then I told them that I was going to provid the first payment soon. Ok till then. But two days later they charged the whole amount from my debit card without my authorization and the money there was for another important payment. What can I do in this case?

You can call your bank and tell them it was unauthorized, but are you sure that it was unauthorized? The reason I ask is because at some point you obviously gave them your debit card information.
