Just got paperwork from Ampex ( old employer ) that they are doing Chapt 11
Bankruptcy Part of the paper work is for filing a claim aginst them ??
What I need to know is how will this affect the supplemental retirement I have with them and Do I need to file papers to keep this retirement.
What are my options
