Amending a deed on a paid-off property

We have a deed on our paid off duplex in Newport Beach, CA that was quit claimed to myself and my husband from my father. My father and deceased mother's name is on the original deed, as is the 2nd owner and his wife. My husband and I are divorcing and I want to take his name off the deed (he has consented to this). How do I proceed?
