l had to flee the USA due to an abusive American husband and retracted my permanent residency due to the fact l had no where to go except back to Canada.
l asked my Immigration Lawyer what exactly I was to do so I would not be in trouble with Homeland Security as I had to let them know also. My Husband tried to scare me by telling me l was wanted in every state for a stolen car because l drove through them to get home to Canada.
I have not done any income tax for the United States as my husband never sent me any of my forms from my then place of employment, as l heard they can refuse entry due to taxes not done.
l am not allowed to contact or have any contact with this man again, so I was wondering would l be able to get entry or has it been ruined for me????
