Am I obligated to pay Commission/Bonus Cost

We recently terminated our lease early due to purchasing a house. We gave landlord notice via email and she acknowledged with a response back. However, now they are trying to get as much out of us as possible. I am fine with paying the rent owed and damages we incurred. I am not ok with paying the following: real estate commission and bonus at $1380 or materials/labor for painting of areas that we never touched (we painted one wall and I am fine with paying for that) - they are charging us $1700 for painting areas they say were "scuffed up" - but we never painted (does this fall under wear and tear?). As for the real estate commission/bonus, am I legally entitled to pay this? I say it's part of the good faith effort in this slow real estate economy that they are responsible to making.
