Ok so I am not sure if this is the correct forum..... But Im a massage therapist and created a bodywork therapy which I believe increases sympathetic tone and balances the autonomic nervous system...... Now is it legal for me to promote this therapy as increasing autonomic eficiacy, but not necessarily a therapy that treats any disease? It literally is aimed at increasing overall health, well being, resilience, and strength.... not perticularly focused on treating a specific disease.

I have no idea what "autonomic eficiacy" might mean (especially since "eficiacy" isn't a word). I suggest you consult with an attorney in your unidentified state and also confirm whether your state or locality requires you to be licensed as a massage therapist.

I would also wonder if making such claims would require licensing as a health practitioner, which likely does not include massage therapists.
I'd expect you to also be able to back up your claims with something more than your belief.
