Years ago our mother placed most of her assets into her married children's ownership (a family partnership of siblings). I am concerned about what might happen if one or more of us die and our spouses then inherent their portion of the family partnership while our mother is still alive. Would a multiple party agreement among the siblings be an enforceable agreement on our widows/widowers to obligate them to contribute support to our mother, at least until these assets are consumed?
