Hi, I am a canadian and when my fiance gets home from iraq we are getting married.
My question is whether i have my k1 or k3 visa i will not move to the states until i am able to work. We planned on getting married in new york by the JP then apply for my adjustment of status.
Then by may (about 6 months later) we will have a weding here in canada and hopefully by that time be approved for military housing and for me to work.
BUT........in the meantime while i am waiting for my adjustment of status will i be able to cross freely through the us and canadian borders. Which would be often???
Plus i have the forms for the k1-k3 visa's but where do i go for the other forms?
