hello:
Basically my husband(Peruvian) who has never been here or has any type of visa applied for the I130 at end of March and has not been approved yet However, I am being told by our lawyer who did the I130 that I only paid him until the end of the I130 process that if I want help with after the approval and pay again for not only paperwork but lawyer fees etc. Also that i should start now - I had no idea that after the I130 I would spend another like 1,000 dollars more in paperwork and lawyer fees - does this sound right or the after approval process something I can do myself --- and how long after he is approved will he receive his paperwork and interview- We are trying to estimate these dates and prices. It says the center his paperwork is at is still working on Nov. 26th I130 and his was done March 27 this year.
