Is there any affordable way to incorporate in Nevada in order to keep a business going while living overseas and have an actual business address? There are many companies and forms out there to do it. Does anybody suggest a legitimate form package, or company? We heard of Nevada State Corporate Network, Inc. in Las Vegas who have the website corpthis.com. They offer all these services for $774 or so including building business credit, assett protection, incorporate your co. in Nevada, business address etc. We don't have this kind of $ and wonder if it's reputable and legitimate. Any advice?-
