Hello, I am looking to immigrate to the US, I am a canadian citizen. I will be marrying a US citizen, and I would like to know if his parents or other family members can co-sponsor me, because he does not meet the qualifications of the poverty guidelines. Also, if I do apply for the 130, do I still need to apply for the K3? Can I still go to visit him while I await the answers?

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Are you living in Canada at the moment? In addition, the I-130 and the K-3 would seem to go together. The K-1 would allow you to travel to the US to get married.
