Administrative Leave

I was placed on paid administrative leave in December of 2015. The leave was done in writing with two signatures. It states that I will be informed of the outcome. Not only have I not heard from anyone since I have also not been paid at all.

I have and the business is a non-profit and church owned so it does not qualify

Not seeing anything illegal. Bad management, possibly. Illegal, no.

I don't see anything illegal either based on what you posted. You might consider looking for other employment.
