My jurisdiction is: SAN BERNARDINO, CA.
I need your advise, what would be the best way to include My daughter as another owner of our home, she lives in the home with us. There is no mortgage on the home, me and my wife own it. I have been told a quit claim deed form is the best way to go, what is your opinion. And do you have to record it at the County hall of records, or is it consider a legal document once we all sign it and have it notarized.
