Hello, I have an accountant that I have paid thousands of dollars to, only to fine out he has not filed any of my papers since 2004. He is holding every important document concerning both my small business and personal taxes hostage. He has written himself checks out of my checkbook totaling $5300 and has not done any work for me. I am in a big bind because of this guy. What can I do to get back my property and monies paid to himself from my checkbook,
