I was in an accident and we were hit from the back. The other party's insurance is going to pay for my car being fix, and said they would make an offer for a settlement to us as soon as the read the medical report. We are military and don't have to pay for going to the Dr. therefore what why would they make a settlement? If they do decided to give us a settlement what would be a decent amount, and do think this is worth getting a lawyer involved. No major injures, but our bodies are stiff and very sore.
