I have an issue I need help with I have a vehicle that belong to a deceased family member that was not left to anyone in the will..I was working out of town and had my wife go pick up the vehicle from my place of employment.. While leaving the tire blew and she hit another parked car.. I don't have insurance and I'm not sure what to do the owner of the other vehicles talking about pressing charges what should I do
