About 3 wk ago I got into a car accident, I live in a Hillside and on that day it was raining on the way down I strucked a city truck. Two polices came 1who was writing a report & the other1 doing all kind of test & after that he left.. I dont get any ticket of any kind except the accident reports. Now my car hv bn fixed & but yesterday a get a noticed from the city of orange regrarding about my accident..they charged me driving unsafe condition and I need to be in court b4 may 3.. I dont know what to do.. Can I contest the ticket due 2 the circumstances & 
because I know I drove about 35mph under the 40 maxium speed & the accident was minimal but I could not brake in time... help..
