4 months ago my wife and I,were in an accident. this young girl ran a red light and we hit the back-end side of her car before she made it through the intersection. our insurance lapsed, and the police didn't take a report. They said it was our word against hers since at the time there were no witnesses,let the insurance companies hash it out. After the police left, a man approached us and informed us that he saw the accident,he was waiting at the light, going the other way when it happened. Ihave his name and phone number. But we havent done anything or reported the accident, and the girl gave us an address and phone number that are false. Should i call her insurance , maybe thats false too. I planned to just fix my own car because of the implications of not having insurance at the time.
