does the District Attorney of my county <NAVARRO>need concrete proof to arrest someone an charge them 125,000 dollars bail with out concrete proof of a crime
 
No, he only needs as much proof as he thinks he needs to get a conviction.
 
All that it's needed is probable cause. The strength of the evidence is a matter for a jury to consider later.

The DA won't arrest you.
He or she will send the henchmen to effect your arrest.
Moving forward, the standard for arrest is generally a tad above suspicion.
We call that probable cause, that would lead our reasonable person to believe that Jimbo committed a particular crime.
Not to worry, admit to nothing, explain nothing, simply invoke your right to silence and to ave an attorney represent your interests.
Then sit back and wait.
