hi,
i have taken loan of rs. 54000 on my credit card from ABN AMRO bankin july 2006. i paid EMI upto feb 2007. after their 2 cheque has bounce. thy stop after tht. in sep i close my credit card and got settlement letter. now suddenly they called me in sep 29 and asked me to pay 50000 saying we have freeze the account and pay it by evening any how... i told its impossible they told its 45000 and u have to pay by even of 1st oct. i paid 25000 by tht evening... and i dont have enough money so i could not pay rest 20000. now they start calling me 8-9 times in a day for payment . 2-3 times i attended and ask for time period but they didnt listen. they are saying they send legal notice but i never received it. now i ask for nov 2nd so tht i can pay bk 20000 they r saying Non Bailable Warrant is issued against you and we have given photo to police . they will arrest you for tht..
Now please tell me wat to do??
