my father was hanging out in a prvite club when they raided the place
the police said they found drug on the floor and since no one claimed it they all got arrested is that right? a person that is just chilling there can get blamed for such a thing come on they arrested like 30 ppl,i spoke to the arresting officer he said that a judge from the city signed the search
warrent so if they knew about the drugs they should know who's dealing it to not blame them all

Well, this is what happens when you live in a police state.

Sue the department and the officers involved. Let me ask you this, same kind of case, more sever: Why didn't they arrest everyone in LA when OJ murdered his wife and he didn't confess right away? Demand the OJ standard!
