I was heading back from Canada to Johnson City, NY where I reside trying to get back before dark and I found a car approaching me so fast that I had to turn to the right lane to do the favor for him, but didn't that he is a policeman and he stopped me and game a speeding ticket of 90mi/hr at 65mi/hr speed zone at Upstate, NY. The court is located at Ellisburg, NY 13636

I've not got any ticket for the past 6 or 7 years. The court by the ticket is very far away, about 3 hours from where I am living. I can't drive to the court and I work normal hours. What should I do?

BTW, there is a black bold text in the ticket saying "A PLEA OF GUILTY TO THIS CHARGE IS EQUIVALENT TO A CONVICTION AFTER TRAIL. IF YOU ARE CONVICTED, NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE LIABLE TO A PENALTY, BUT IN ADDITION YOUR LICENSE TO DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE OR MOTORCYCLE, AND YOUR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, IF ANY, ARE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW." What does that mean? It sounds scary?

Thanks for your kind answers and God blesses!
