3 days means immediately i guess

Search warrant was served on Friday around 2:30 pm Had list of items to be sought after. Directions in the search warrant states items seized must be inventoried at the scene then IMMEDIATLEY returned the courts with a list of said items going to judge who signed off of the warrant and a copy to person whom warrant was served .I have the only inventory list written by an officer. On the list it mentions an undisclosed amount of money to which I laid claim to.The seized money was not turned over to the courts till 3days later. To make matters worse there is a discrepency of thousands of dollars between their count and mine .Does timeframe of 3 days justify an immediate return.
