3 day notice

I signed a 6month lease in April so now my lease is over. My landlord now gave me a 3 days notice to get out because I have a friend staying at my house right now and its' only been a 2 weeks but according to the landlord the lease says i cant have anyone stay more then 14 cumulative days. But our lease is over Am I still under that contract?

Yes; the only difference is that you are now considered a "month to month" tenant instead of being on a six months lease.

All of the same requirements from the initial contract still hold true.
