Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd MIP in the State of Michigan

Well, I just recently got my 2nd MIP in Michigan. I got my first one approximately 5-6 months ago and I was still on Non-Reporting probation from the first MIP. I am 17 years old. I don't know if this has any meaning but my first one was in Kent County and my most recent in Muskegon County. I am just looking for any honest answers on what could/might happen to me. My court date is Monday already and I am very nervous. What are some possible outcomes???

Also my BAC reading on the breathalyzer was .156

There are a lot of possible outcomes. most likely you will get a fine and extended probation, Possible community service.

Well you should be extra careful my son has his 3rd mip which he is now being charged with a felony cause of it!!He is 17.Which he is innocent on one of them so we hired a lawyer .We live in michigan as well.It is sad that they will charge you with a felony for your 3rd mip .
