Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI 2nd dui

I have just received my second dui in five years on june 30, 2001. I received my first one three years prior. I would like to know if my liscense will be suspended for a substantial length of time. thank you

State laws vary. With regard to your license being suspended, if the statute states that it may happen, which seems likely, then potentially your license could be suspended. A two time offender is a serious situation, especially within three years.
