2 weeks ago I was arrested for 3rd degree assault and 3rd degree criminal mischief. Last week I was arrested for 2nd degree breach of peace in a completely unrelated situation. It seems like for 3rd degree assault people generally just get put out on probation, but now what am I looking at with the 2nd degree breach of peace on top of that? I am hoping no jail time. Does violation of probation go back to the arrest date or the sentencing date?
