Ive been trying to request a copy of the court records and the tape that was used as evidence in my friends case.he is in prison now for 3 years and was not the shooter in this case but was given 2 life sentence over this ordeal.during the trail this video had been edit to the points when the shooting had took place.but If the video had been shown of the entire night, the jury would have saw what my friend was wearing and clearly would have proven his innocence. How can I help him
