Only if you were under age 18 (or up to age 19 and still in high school) would be eligible for SSA survivor's benefits. The link I provided takes you to a SSA publication that explains the basics of these benefits.

Your father like virtually all of us paid a tax for SSA and Medicare. It wasn't a savings account.

The money taken out for SSA isn't yours to draw from. You go get yourself a job and earn your own money. How long did you expect your daddy to support you anyway?
