Consumer Law, Warranties 27,000 for no kitchen

Our contract was for kitchen cabinets. Short story, after paying for kitchen, mudroom, then down payment on our counters, 6 months later we still have nothing. Our cabinets are well known. The company says they can't give us any info because we aren't their customer, although these cabinets can only be bought through an indep dealer who supposedly answers to the cabinet company rep. We signed a contract with the dealer. When we told this person we wanted our money back, they said no can do-don't have it. Nor do we have visions of new cabinets. The company has been of no help and when confronted again our kitchen person can't say for sure if they have been ordered. Can you help us with options and a prognosis! Thank you.
