Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very concerned about renewing my green card because i was charged with 2 misdemeanors(one for open container and the other a cannabis posession) 3 years ago in Richmond Virginia. However, both outcomes for the charges was "nolo contendere". Will i be denied renewal of my green card because of these misdemeanors in the future?
