2 bikes, same time?

I was riding with a friend on the highway doing 175 in a 100 and the officer who cought us said he had us both at 175.I need to know if a city police cruiser can radar two bikes at one time?

Why not? And if both of you were traveling at the same speed, what is your defense? That's very high -- is your bike that powerful?

There could be some severe penalties for driving at that speed.
